Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Transit time is typically 5–7 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 6–9 business days.
How do I track my order?

Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery if the item is:
- In original condition
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order has not shipped yet. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the order can be returned after delivery.
