How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories may incur additional freight charges. Contact us for a custom quote.
Where do your products ship from?
We work with multiple premium wellness brands. Here are the general shipping origins for each:

How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping timelines depend on the brand and whether the item is custom-made or in stock. Here’s a general guide:
Handling time: 1-2 business days
Transit time: 5-7 business days
Delivery time: 6-9 business days
Ready-to-ship products and accessories generally ship much faster and are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after handling time and payment has been processed.
Custom-made products will require a lead time of approximately 3–4 weeks before they are ready to ship. For more specialized or customized models, this timeframe may be extended depending on the manufacturer’s schedule.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we only ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. If you're located in Alaska, Hawaii, or another U.S. territory, reach out to us at support@homespadirect.com to explore custom shipping options.
Do products come pre-assembled?
No—our products are shipped flat-packed in secure crates to ensure safe delivery and require assembly upon arrival.
Most infrared saunas and smaller wellness units feature a clasp-together panel system and can be set up in under an hour with 2 people—no special tools needed.
Some outdoor products—like saunas or larger float pods—may require basic to moderate assembly skills. These builds are very manageable by following the step-by-step instructions included with each product.
Certain models, particularly those with traditional electric heaters or advanced systems, may require installation by a licensed electrician to ensure proper operation and safety.

Is it hard to assemble your products?
Assembly is designed to be simple! Most units require no special tools. We recommend having two adults for the setup. If you’d like to learn more reach out for a product-specific manual.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If there is visible damage to the packaging or item, note it on the Bill of Lading and take photos. Then, notify us at support@homespadirect.com within 24 hours of delivery. We'll coordinate with the manufacturer to arrange a replacement or repair.
Can I return my sauna or wellness equipment?
We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
- Custom-made and final sale items are non-returnable
- All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by an RMA number

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations may not be possible if the item is already in production or has shipped.
